If your not ill or have any proper excuse to have a day off school and the people that look after you don't give you a day off school just because you asked and they know you're completely fine. Maybe you need a break from all the work you're doing or you are just to nervous to do something like have to stand in front of the class to present a power point presentation or simply because you can't be bothered. I have techniques that have been proved that they work for a day off school but before I go any further that depending on what the people that look after you are like will be different and these may not work on them so I can't guarantee that it will work for everyone and my techniques will only work for around 3 days max off school days off in a row. Also if you want a day off you should think the day before so it will increase your chances of it actually working.
1) The night before the desired day to be off school you should act like you are getting some sort of illness but don't be running around screaming and shouting like there's no tomorrow and the next second be acting like you just got hit by a car at top speed it's less believable and if they believe you then you maybe having an unnecessary trip to the doctors or hospital, you must be slow to do it to look more real and don't exaggerate too much it is also less believable because would you believe someone that goes around saying to everyone "I BROKE MY NOSE BECAUSE I SLOWLY WALKED INTO A LAMPPOST!" because I wouldn't believe that for one second.
2) Later tell the person or people that look after you that you are not feeling well and say an illness you claim to have, say an illness that doesn't need proof like if you were going to be sick but you could say you just feel sick, and don't say you have cancer if you know you really don't and don't forget you have to actually act like you are ill or in some pain or both if you really wanted to so they are aware.
3) The next day you must carry on with acting having this illness, eat something but eat slow and don't finish the food, if you went for the in pain choice then constantly hold that area like if you had really bad stomach ache then don't let go of your stomach, talk slightly slower and quieter but not too much. Don't move around too much either and especially not fast but you should already know this but you may easily forget and that instantly gives the person/people that look after you suspicion that you are faking it.
4) Don't give up at all just in case there's still a chance and if you get the day off stay in your "ill" state so they won't know your not really ill and end up taking you to school anyway and all that effort is wasted. And if you want more than one day off then don't show any signs of feeling better in the slightest if you can help it but if you only wanted the one day off then you don't have to try quite as hard to stay "ill" but you still can't act like your normal self still.
If you didn't get the day off when you see the person/people that look after you then you must say how ill or in pain you were in school and then you will give an excuse that isn't unbelievably stupid just so it will make your carers feel bad that they sent you to school when you were ill or in pain.
Well I hope this helps if you really want a day off and stay at home but this WILL NOT work for a long period of time in a row and I only use this when I need it the most and that isn't often.
